2024 Strides 4 Sight 5K and Fun Run
Event Details:
Vision is our most valued sense – each year, millions of people are affected by deteriorating or diminished eyesight. Our mission in hosting this annual event is to educate and inspire the community about the gift of sight and build awareness for The Vision Project.
- Location: Normandale Lake Bandshell, 5901 W. 84th Street, Bloomington, MN 55438
- Date: Sunday, September 29th
- Day of Event:
- Check in opens at 8 am for pre-registered participants
- Day of Registration is also available at 8 am.
- Note: T-shirts may not be available for registrants who sign up the day of the event.
- Race Time:
- Kids Fun Run – 8:30 am
- 5k Walk/Run – 9 am
- Awards to follow
- Registration Fee: $30 per Registration* / $15 per Kids Fun *
- *Each registrant will be charged a processing fee for their registration.
- $2.00 processing fee for $15 Kids Fun Run registration
- $3.00 processing fee for $30 5K Walk/Run registration
- Pre-registration will close on Sunday September 1st at 12:00pm.
- T-shirts for all pre-registrants
- Goody bag for Kids Fun Run pre-registrants
- Day of event registration fee for 5k run/walk is $40 per person. Cash and check only accepted the day of the event.
- *Each registrant will be charged a processing fee for their registration.

Silent Auction
Silent auction items will be available to bid on from 8:00-9:45am. All proceeds will assist with The Vision Project and add to the fundraising efforts of Strides 4 Sight. Cash and check will be accepted for payment.
